Macrocosmic Illusion

By

Whenever contemplating space exploration, no matter the nationality, I am awed at the daring, imagination and bravery of the participants. Hard as it is to imagine the world does not revolve around us as individuals or nations, the sun does not revolve around the earth as discovered by Copernicus & Galileo, even the Milky Way Galaxy having been found to be only a very small part of the whole. The universe seen from the evolved perspective of Newton through Einstein, from Hawking through the teams of today, smaller and smaller we become, a speck in comparison to the whole yet determination never waivers we still reach out. How awesome is that?
